Christoph Faig, P.Eng. - Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Corporation
Christoph brings 19 years of petroleum engineering and petroleum systems experience to aclaro. Christoph has worked in exploration and production both domestically and internationally, and for both integrated oil and gas companies and oil and gas service companies. His broad exposure has given him an excellent understanding of the oil and gas industry.

Christoph has also proven himself as a project/product leader on large, successful, commercial oil and gas software projects. Christoph's experience includes leading Capital Planning, Reserves, and Portfolio Management development teams for a large software development company.

Christoph holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Geological Engineering) from the University of New Brunswick.

Scott MacFarlane - President, Chief Operations Officer and Director of the Corporation
Scott brings over 20 years of "Customer First" delivery to aclaro. Over the last several years in his consulting practice, Scott has helped large companies become "High Performance Organizations" in North America and Europe. Previously, he held senior positions with companies in various industries, including 10 years in oil and gas software.

Scott's diverse background and continued "Client First" focus is a hard-to-beat combination. His leadership style is to lead by example and coach for success. Scott's ability to build excitement and to drive a positive attitude are keystones of aclaro's culture and make him perfectly suited for his role to propel aclaro forward.

Don Heeg - Director of the Corporation
Don's development experience has been focused on designing, developing, and maintaining various aspects of client/server applications used for economic analysis, reserves tracking, and decision making in the oil and gas industry.

Prior to entering software development, Don worked as a biomedical engineer at various health care facilities across Canada. This included a term as Acting Director, Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences Centre, Winnipeg, Manitoba, where he was responsible for setting up risk management and quality assurance programs and leading the biomedical engineering team.

Don holds a Masters of Engineering (Clinical Engineering) degree from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical Engineering) degree from the University of Saskatchewan.

Kelly Nunn - Director of the Corporation
Kelly brings to aclaro over 20 years of experience in directing complex short and long-term projects in information technology in the petroleum industry, most recently working as Manager of Canadian Consulting Services for a large software development company. He has effectively managed both large and small projects, both on the client side and the vendor side, at several domestic and international oil and gas companies.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pure Mathematics and a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Management Information Systems from the University of Calgary.

Kevin Rooney, P.Eng. - V.P. Product Development and Director of the Corporation
Kevin brings 19 years of petroleum engineering and petroleum systems experience to aclaro. Kevin worked in exploitation and production engineering for integrated oil and gas companies. Kevin followed his industry experience with four years of building Petroleum Economics, Planning, and Reserves systems for a major software development company where he acted as Business Development Manager and Team Lead for several commercial software packages.

Kevin is in charge of managing aclaro's product development, providing business analysis, project management and quality assurance expertise.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Calgary and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Alberta.
