April 1999 the concept of aclaro is born and aclaro is named (through the combined use of a Latin-English dictionary and the Internet Domain Registry)

December 1999 a manifesto describing the business and purpose of aclaro is completed

February 2000 aclaro is incorporated

May 2000 first demo of the pre-cursor to the petroLook application

July 2000 first sale of the pre-cursor to the petroLook application

December 2000 foundation application renamed ‘petroLook’

March 2001 first international sale of petroLook

August 2001 aclaro logo created

December 2001 private placement to fund commercialization and marketing of the petroLook application

November 2002 first release of the Reserves module

December 2002 incorporation of aclaro softworks (USA), inc. and creation of US office
